International Association of Human Resource Sustainable Development（IAHRSD）

International Association of Human Resource Sustainable Development（IAHRSD）is NGO & NPO and dedicate to human resource sustainable development. IAHRSD associates of elites who achieve outstanding success. They gather far-ranging knowledge, experience and resource to devote them to the mission of IAHRSD:

1. Bring up high competencies human resource
2. Develop and improve high competencies human resource

Train high competencies human resource and choose human resource sustainable development strategy can reduce the waste and consumption, use limited resource to create more and better new resource.
Rapid developments of knowledge economic need high competencies human resource insistently drive human resource sustainable development objectively. Natural resources develop slowly and cannot be controlled via-a-via human resource development fast and under control. Therefore human resource sustainable development can be achieved through suitable measure and efficacious governing.
IAHRSD now become an effective strength to accelerate sustainable development.

Membership Meetings
The IAHRSD conducts two major membership meetings during the course of the year, the Annual IAHRSD Summit in the spring and the Excellence Management Annual UN-Conference (EMAUC) in the fall. In addition, there are numerous smaller meetings and conference calls held throughout the calendar year bringing together advisory boards, task forces and other working groups.

Annual IAHRSD Summit
Members have convened each March for the association's annual IAHRSD Summit, the largest assemblage of senior human resource executives, consultants, business leaders, principals, NGO leaders. During the Summit, participants hold roundtable discussions of the significant HRSD issues affecting the business community, hear presentations from key policy makers and leading media commentators, review IAHRSD’s program of work, and set the association’s priorities for the coming year. The Annual IAHRSD Summit has become a tradition among the nation’s most elites, with schedules set years in advance to avoid any conflict with this unique event.
Excellence Management Annual UN-Conference (EMAUC)
Each fall, the Excellence Management Annual UN-Conference (EMAUC) meets in different cities, playing a major role in HRSD changes, and conducts an in-depth review of the membership's progress on its initiatives. EMAUC provide excellent opportunities to identify significant issues of common concern to elites and develop collaborative solutions for addressing them. EMAUC pulls together more than 100 chief human resource sustainable development elites in one location at one time.

Educational Resources
Currently, the Association's training programs include a program focused at the Training Specialist Certification Program, Facilitation Skill Certification Program, and Coaching Skill training Program, Mentoring Skill Certification Program, and a series of programs directed at Excellent Leadership.

The IAHRSD is a corporate member organization. There is no limit to the number of elites that can be registered for access to our members-only website and our electronic news service Flash Mail. While our primary involvement is with the Chief Human Resource Officer, HR professionals at a variety of levels are welcome to participate in association activities through our roundtables, advisory boards and conference calls.
